Homeless Outreach

Prevention Point Philadelphia (PPP) can provide individuals facing homelessness or housing instability with information on how to access emergency resources including homeless outreach and shelter. Our city-contracted homeless outreach team is in the community five days a week and can provide referrals and transport to emergency shelter and drug treatment services.

Beacon House

PPP operates over 60 emergency housing beds at our shelter, Beacon House. Beacon House provides personalized, on-site case management for reach resident. Housing case managers assist with: housing applications, benefits, replacement of identification documents, linkage to health care, and more. PPP provides additional services through our Drop-in Center including mailing address services and assistance with benefits and ID documents.

Please note that due to space and funding restrictions, we cannot accept walk-ins for our shelter services at this time.
