Prevention Point Philadelphia (PPP) understands the need for new information and discoveries that may inform and improve our work. We are also committed to protecting the health and welfare of our clients, staff, and organization. Opportunities for research with harm reduction organizations have grown in the past few years, and in September 2021, PPP created the Health Equity Projects and Research Center, or HepTREC. HepTREC staff work with researchers to coordinate external research, and also conduct internal research, evaluation, and quality improvement projects.
PPP welcomes opportunities to partner with other organizations on research projects that build knowledge and support our mission.

- Description and outcomes of a buprenorphine maintenance treatment program
- Experiences with skin and soft tissue infections among people who inject drugs
